What it does

Save from anywhere

Share a link from Safari, Instagram or TikTok and the page becomes a clean recipe card — ingredients, method, timings, yield. The adverts and the long personal essay stay behind.

Cook Mode

One instruction at a time in large type, with that step’s ingredients and timers to hand and the screen kept awake. Designed to be read from across the kitchen.

Generate with AI

Describe what is in the fridge, how long you have and who you are feeding. Crumbfolio writes the whole recipe, and can rewrite one you already have.

Ask while you cook

Questions are answered with your actual recipe in front of them, not a generic search, and the remaining steps can be adjusted on the spot.

Timers and conversions

Timers are lifted out of the method, labelled and stackable. Grams, cups and ounces, millilitres and fluid ounces, °C, °F and gas mark all convert together.

It learns your kitchen

Stop a timer early and say the food was ready sooner. Over a handful of bakes Crumbfolio works out that your oven runs hot, and adjusts what it suggests.

Shopping list to Reminders

Send ingredients to the in-app list, where duplicates merge and items group by aisle, then push the lot to Apple Reminders in one tap.

A photo log per recipe

Photograph what you made and note what to change. Each recipe builds a record of every attempt. That is where the name comes from.

Questions

Can I save recipes from any website?
Yes. Share a link to Crumbfolio from Safari, Instagram, TikTok or any other app and it reads the page, pulls out the ingredients, method, timings and yield, and saves a clean recipe card. If a page is unusual, you can fix anything by hand in a couple of taps.
Where does the AI run?
On your device wherever it can, and otherwise on Apple Private Cloud Compute. There is no third-party AI provider involved, nothing is stored by anyone else, and no model is trained on your recipes.
Does it convert between grams and cups?
Yes, and every measurement in the recipe updates together. You can scale a recipe up or down at the same time, and the quantities are recalculated for you.
Which devices does it support?
iPhone first, on iOS 18 or later. iPad and Apple Watch are under consideration for later releases.
What will it cost?
Pricing is being finalised ahead of launch. Join the early access list on crumbfolio.app and you will be told before anyone else.
