Support

Two ways to get help.

Read the documentation for your app, or send us a message. That is the whole of support — there is no ticket portal and no phone line.

Route one

Read the documentation

Every feature of every app has a page. It is written by the people who built the thing, it is searchable, and it answers most questions in less time than it takes to write a message to us. Start here.

Route two

Send us a message

If the answer is not in the documentation, the contact form reaches us directly. If you are reporting a bug, sending it from inside the app is better — it attaches your version, build, device and iOS release automatically.

Who answers

DACCAA Studios is two people. We design the apps, write the code, write the documentation and answer every support query ourselves — there is no support team behind us. We read everything that arrives, and we aim to reply within seven days. A reply is not guaranteed, and we would rather say that up front than leave you refreshing an inbox.

Common questions

How quickly will I get a reply?
We aim to reply within seven days. There are two of us and we handle every support query between us on top of building the apps, so that is an aim rather than a promise — we cannot guarantee a reply to every message. You will get an automatic acknowledgement straight away with a reference number, so you always know the message arrived.
Is there a faster route than waiting?
The documentation. It is the same information we would send you, it is available now, and it is more detailed than a reply would be. Support here is exactly two things: the guides, and the contact form.
How do I report a bug properly?
Tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. If you can reproduce it, the exact steps are worth more than anything else. Sending it from inside the app attaches your app version, build, device and iOS release automatically.
Can I ask for a feature?
Please do. We read every request and they genuinely shape what gets built next. We cannot promise a timeline, and we will tell you if something is not going to happen rather than leaving you waiting.
What do you do with my details?
We use them to reply, and we keep the message so we can pick up the thread later. We do not sell anything to anyone or add you to a mailing list. The privacy policy sets out the detail.
Something about billing or a refund?
Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple, including refunds. Apple's "Report a Problem" page is the fastest route. If the charge did not come from Apple, contact us and we will sort it directly.

Still stuck?

No question is too small, and we would rather hear about it than not.
